Admissions Application

Thank you for your interest in beginning CAK's application process.

When to Apply

CAK has a rolling admissions process.  Applications will be considered and processed as they are submitted.

How to Apply

The Online Application simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking the status of the application process, up until and after the application has been submitted.  A non-refundable fee of $250 is submitted per student.

Create an Online Application

To begin the application process, click here to create an account.  Once your account is created, log in and select Create A New Student Application for each student intended to enroll at CAK.  You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and to access your application(s) at any time.  You may also review your submitted application, monitor supplemental application forms, and – if necessary – reprint any supplemental forms. Please contact Amy Loope if you need assistance.

*Preschool applicants:  determination of class placement is dependent upon student's birth date and/or developmental readiness.  Typically, the age requirement are:  3-K (age 3 by March 31), Pre-K (age 4 by August 15), and Junior K (age 4 by March 31).  All final class placements will be determined by CAK's Director of Preschool.
